WCS Europe is a subsidiary of the Wesley Clover investment fund(https://www.wesleyclover.com/), which supports more than 200 technology innovation companies, as well as the French incubator Alacrité(https://alacrite.fr/). Themigration from traditional telephony to SaaS-based cloud solutions is gathering pace, giving WCS Europe the opportunity to position itself in this market on a European scale thanks to a strong partnership with CounterPath, a leading provider of business softphone solutions.

Containment is forcing companies to implement cloud collaborative solutions to continue doing business. During this period WCS Europe recorded a sharp increase in sales of CounterPath license subscriptions.
Market developments
Collaborativesolutions continue to make inroads, with companies looking to use their communication tools to connect employees and customers, and unify all their processes, from sales prospecting to after-sales support, in a "Customer 360" logic.

WCS Europe has teamed up with 8x8 to integrate the UCaaS and CCaaS solutions of this provider, positioned as a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for over 10 years.
At the same time, WCS Europe decided to offer its customers a solution integrated with their communication tools, enabling them to optimize their prospecting, sales, deployment and customer support processes, capable of centralizing data and providing usable KPIs whatever the marketing models used (direct or indirect sales of hardware and licenses, pro-services, MRR, ARR...). This approach led to a partnership with Salesforce.

The telecoms business accounts for an ever-increasing share of WCS Europe's sales. WCS Europe decides to create two subsidiaries with their own resources, to provide technical expertise and customized support to its customers:
● WCS Cloud Communications "The Unified Communications Expert", dedicated to the marketing and support of CounterPath and 8x8 solutions.
● Syncl, a Salesforce "pure player" integrator dedicated to marketing and supporting CRM 360 solutions integrated with its customers' business tools
Today WCS Cloud Communications, a 100% WCS Europe subsidiary with dedicated resources certified by its partners, offers innovative UCaaS and CCaaS solutions to modernize corporate telephony and support IT partners in their growth. WCS Cloud Communications offers all the services expected by network and telecom integrators and operators to provide their customers with a true "Customer 360" solution.
