How do I transfer a call to Bria Enterprise?

Bria Enterprise offers two types of call transfer:

1 - Blind transfer
2 - Attended call transfer

1 - Direct call transfer

You receive a call. Once you've gone off-hook, click on the transfer button, enter the number to which you want to transfer the call, then click on "Transfer".

2 - Supervised call transfer

You receive a call. Once you've gone off-hook, click on the transfer button, enter the number to which you want to transfer the call, then click on the arrow to the right of "Transfer". Click on the "Call first" button that appears.

Once the call has been established, you can transfer the call to the other party by clicking on the transfer button.

If the person you're talking to doesn't answer, or tells you they're not available to receive a call, you can hang up by clicking on the cross at bottom right, and return to the main call.
